At Pazibo, we're committed to delivering your favorite fashion pieces right to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
📦 Processing Time
Since we create premium print-on-demand products, each item is made especially for you after you place your order. This helps us reduce waste and ensure you get the freshest designs!
- Standard Processing: 3-5 business days
- Quality Check: Every product goes through quality inspection before shipping
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email as soon as your order is confirmed
🚚 Shipping Timeline
Within India:
- Metro Cities: 5-7 business days (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune)
- Tier 2 Cities: 7-10 business days
- Remote Areas: 10-14 business days
Total delivery time = Processing time (3-5 days) + Shipping time
📍 Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. During checkout, you can verify if we deliver to your location. If your pin code is not serviceable, please contact us and we'll try our best to arrange delivery.
📲 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- SMS updates on delivery status
- Real-time tracking link to monitor your package
You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Pazibo account.
📦 What If I'm Not Home?
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If you're unavailable:
- They'll leave a delivery attempt notice
- You can reschedule delivery through the tracking link
- Contact our support team for assistance
Important: Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, as signature may be required.
🎁 Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and production time. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, but you'll only pay shipping charges once!
🌍 International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding internationally soon. Stay tuned! 🌏
📅 Holidays & Peak Seasons
During festivals, sales, or holiday seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes. We'll notify you of any expected delays via email.
❌ Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address provided
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
We'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
🛡️ Damaged or Lost Packages
We take extra care in packaging your orders, but if your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We'll investigate with our shipping partner
- We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund
