❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • ❌ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • ❌ Products with tags removed or damaged
  • ❌ Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • ❌ Change of mind or personal preference ("I don't like the color/design anymore")
  • ❌ Products purchased during final sale or clearance (if marked as non-returnable)
  • ❌ Customized or personalized items (unless defective)
  • ❌ Accessories like lockets, bracelets, earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)

📸 Return Process - Step by Step

Step 1: Contact Us Within 7 Days

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product showing the issue
  • Photos of the product tag (must be intact)
  • Brief description of the problem

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and respond with:

  • Approval or rejection of your return request
  • Return shipping instructions (if approved)
  • Return address details

Step 3: Ship the Product Back

  • Pack the item securely in original packaging (if available)
  • Include all tags, labels, and accessories
  • Ship to the address provided by our team
  • Important: Keep your shipping receipt as proof

Step 4: Quality Check

Once we receive your return:

  • We'll inspect the product within 3-5 business days
  • Verify it meets our return conditions
  • Process your refund or replacement

💰 Refund Methods & Timeline

Refund Options:

  • Original Payment Method: Refund to your bank account/card/UPI
  • Store Credit: Get 110% value as Pazibo store credit for future purchases
  • Replacement: We'll send you a new product (same or different)

Refund Timeline:

  • Refund initiated within 5-7 business days after quality check
  • Bank/Card refunds: 7-10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • UPI/Wallet refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Store credit: Instant (once approved)

Refund Amount:

  • Full product price will be refunded
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we made an error)
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless product is defective/wrong)

🔄 Exchange Policy

Size Exchange:

  • Available within 7 days of delivery
  • Subject to stock availability
  • You pay return shipping; we cover new shipment
  • Only one exchange allowed per order

Product Exchange:

  • You can exchange for a different product of equal or higher value
  • If higher value, pay the difference
  • If lower value, receive store credit for the difference

🚚 Return Shipping

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Our Mistake (defective/wrong item): We'll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse shipping costs
  • Your Request (size/fit issue): You bear the return shipping costs

Return Shipping Tips:

  • Use a trackable shipping method
  • Insure high-value items
  • Keep proof of shipment until refund is processed
  • We're not responsible for items lost during return transit (if you're paying for shipping)

⚠️ Important Conditions

  • Product Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original order confirmation or invoice required
  • Inspection Rights: We reserve the right to reject returns that don't meet our conditions
  • Rejected Returns: If your return is rejected after inspection, we'll ship the item back to you at your cost
  • Partial Refunds: May be issued if item is returned in used or damaged condition (at our discretion)

🎁 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution
  • Send clear photos showing the defect
  • We'll offer immediate replacement or full refund (your choice)
  • No need to return the defective item in most cases
  • We'll cover all shipping costs for replacement

📦 Wrong Item Delivered

If we sent you the wrong product:

  • Contact us immediately with order details and photos
  • We'll arrange pickup of the wrong item (at our cost)
  • Ship the correct item to you immediately
  • No charges for return or re-shipment

⏰ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeline:

  • Contact your bank - processing times vary

🚫 Cancellation Policy

Before Production:

  • You can cancel within 12 hours of placing order
  • Full refund will be processed

After Production Starts:

  • Cancellation not possible as items are custom-made for you
  • You can refuse delivery and follow return process
  • Return shipping charges will apply
